Standard: $85/hr

After Hours: $105/hr
Applies to any services after 5:30PM or before 8:00AM, Mon-Fri
After Hours support needs to be scheduled in advance for non-emergencies.

Billing Details

When we visit a client's site we bill for 1 hour minimum or $85.  After the first hour we prorate our time.  Please provide us with a list of issues that need fixed so that we can make the most of the first hour.

The time we spend for phone or remote support is prorated. For example 3 phone calls that took 8 minutes a piece at $85/hr would cost $34.00. We use this simple equation: $85 / 60min x 24min = $34.00

Remote Help or Phone Support can resolve issues faster than e-mail.  The time we spend answering e-mail questions is prorated.
