Net Key Consulting is a services based company.  We invoice for time spent rendering services such as but not limited to support, research, advising, ordering, delivering and installing products.  We generally do not resell products and encourage direct purchasing.

*A travel cost may be added for cities other than Boise, Meridian and Eagle.

$85/hr Onsite Support
For any services rendered between 8AM and 5:00PM, Mon-Fri.
1st hour mandatory, prorated afterward.

$127.50/hr After Hours Support
For any services rendered before 8AM and after 5:00PM, Mon-Fri.
1st hour mandatory, prorated afterward.

$15 Pick-up & Drop-off Repair
For Boise, Meridian and Eagle.  (Ask about other areas)

$85/hr Telephone, Email & Remote Controlled Support Prorated.
We do not encourage the use of e-mail solely for solving problems.  Using remote controlled support and the telephone can solve problems faster and save money.

Travel Cost
This additional travel cost typically applies to areas outside of Boise, Meridian and Eagle. We charge $35/hr for travel time in excess of 40 minutes round-trip from our office to your location, as according to Google Maps time estimation. Example:  A 60 minute round-trip would be:  $35
